How do I check in when I arrive?
Head to the concierge at the entrance with the phone number you registered with. We'll verify your household, hand over your gift pack and Reno Guide Book, and you're in.
What do I need to bring?
Your floorplan — on your phone is fine. BTO owners can bring their appointment letter or OTP instead. Nothing else needed.
Will I be pressured to sign on the spot?
No pressure — but come prepared: the packages and bonuses at Reno Fiesta are exclusive to the event weekend and aren't available after.
Can I bring my family and kids?
Yes — the venue is air-conditioned and stroller-accessible across all 3 floors.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, come and go between 10AM–7PM. Keep your check-in pass handy.
We registered twice — do we get two redemptions?
Redemptions are one per household (one home address), regardless of how many family members registered or attend. One redemption per household across all IDLah events in any 12-month period.
